This light-duty meat saw, grinder and sausage stuffer makes it easy. Powerful and smooth 3/4 HP, 550 watt, 120V/60HZ, 5 amp motor moves the 5/8" w x 82" L band blade (4 teeth per inch) through your meat at up to 15' 6.5" per second for clean cuts. You get extra capacity with the sliding table 10" travel, 10" cutting-width and 9.5" depth-of-cut; stainless steel for easier cleaning & sanitation. Three ball-bearing blade guides reduce vibration and extend blade-life. PTO-driven meat grinder and sausage stuffer has wide 4.25" mouth with 2" throat and 1.75" auger; grinder plate has 5mm holes (includes push-rod and sausage tube). A meat saw is an electric saw used primarily by butchers or deli employees to efficiently cut frozen or thawed meat into steaks and chops. Cutting time is decreased and it is easier than cutting meat with a traditional knife or blade. A meat saw promotes straighter and more even cuts and can make the meat look more professional and presentable.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1 Tighten the blade with one hand and be sure there is just enough tension to keep the blade from slipping. The saw blade will feel solid with the proper amount of tension applied.
2 Firmly hold the meat against the machine's sliding tray to keep the cuts of meat uniform in thickness.
3 Feed the meat straight through the blade, allowing the blade to do the work while it cuts through bone and muscle. Do not apply too much pressure.
4 Wash and sanitize the machine and blade after each use.
