?:    Can I pick up my merchandise at your warehouse?

At this time we do not offer a retail store or local pickup for merchandise purchased on the net because of our local city zoning department.   As we continue to grow we hope to offer both of these features by moving to a new location.

?:    What is the brand name of your products?

We purchase many of our products direct from the manufacturer and sell them at a very small markup that allows us to past the savings onto you.  Most of or products are purchased from well known manufactures here in the states and some are imported from overseas. Many of the manufactures that we purchase our items from are the same items that major brand name companies also purchase their items from, then place their brand name on them increasing the price several hundred percent (just because of their well known brand name).  When retailers purchase these major brand name items from that reseller they in turn also mark them up so they can make their profit.  We try to eliminate the middle man and sell quality products at a very fair price.  You can always be assured that our products will be lower in price with the same quality when not packaged in the name of a major brand company.

?:    Will you notify me if something is out of stock?

Web site sales are an ongoing process.  We strive to keep everything that we have on the Web Site in stock.  Although it is a very rare event, it is possible that an item can become back ordered or discontinued between the listing time and the date payment is received.  If we are out of stock on an item and this occurs, we will ship out the rest of your order and offer to ship the back ordered item when it comes in or refund that items total cost plus portion of the shipping and handing costs you paid at the time of the original purchase.

We attempt to have all the products we sell listed on our site.  However we continuously have new items coming in.  We also have access to many items we do not stock.  If you don't see the item you are looking for, email us at support@bestchoicemart.com and we will try to get you a quote on your item.

Sorry, but we do not publish a printed catalog.  A printed catalog could never contain all of the information we can publish on our Web site.

Simply Email us at: support@bestchoicemart.com and we will contact you by email or phone shortly; our goal is to answer your email by the next time you log onto the internet.  Because of the number of phone banks we have, this is the most efficient method to answer your questions.

?:    My product doesn't work,  What should I do now?

The most effective first step would be to contact our support staff and make certain that you are using the product correctly.  Often, the support staff can provide you with "tips and tricks" that will get the product operating correctly.  If your product is dead on arrival (DOA) they'll advise you to return it to us, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase price for the item or exchange it.  If the problem isn't a technical one, or the item is clearly defective, simply email us and request an RMA number and we'll give you instructions for returning it to us.  For more details on our warranty and return policies, please visit our Policies page.

?:    What is your Warranty / Return / Refund Policy?

1. Customer must have "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" prior to return of item(s) - CALL (800-763-6404) OR EMAIL US AT (Support@bestchoicemart.com) FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. All RMA's must be received within 10 days from the RMA issued date or returned item will not be accepted.
2. Return Authorization number must be visible on outside of package (in at least 2 places).
3. Customer must include reason for return by filling out the information on the RMA form we will send you.
4. Refunds will be made by original method of payment.
5. Customer must pay for all return S/H plus insurance costs. All shipping charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable, If item was shipped using free shipping - the amount found on the actual shipping label will be deducted from the refund.
6. Customer to contact Carrier immediately if product / shipping box is received damaged (Customers Responsibility).
7. COD's on returns will not be accepted, If item is sent back to seller requiring shipping payment from carrier, the item will be refused and sent back to buyer.
8. Restocking fee - return received must be consistent with customer's description of condition or a 15% restocking will be assessed.
9. Fluids (gas, oil, etc) must be drained prior to returning item(s).
10. All accessories/manuals must be included with return.
11. Due to our very low profit margins to allow customers to resale item(s). No BCM warranty for products sold "AS-IS" which includes all Case Lot and Special Order Sales. Manufacturer's warranties may apply however - (Contact us to find out).
12. All DOA's or damaged items including missing parts must be reported to Best Choice Mart within 3 days from receiving item(s), Failure to report a DOA or Damaged item within this time period voids all warranties on said item. You may return your item, accessories and original box, providing it is unused and in the same new (Non DOA or Damaged - See above sentence) condition as when sold within 7 days for R/C Toys or 30 days for other items from the date of delivery to customer, unless warranty period states a longer warranty time frame. - NO EXCEPTIONS due to Holidays, etc. If item is used, refund is voided.
13. If item is refused by buyer upon receipt buyer will pay for actual shipping costs and this amount will be deducted from purchase price.

Our Customer Support offices are open between 9:00AM and 4:30PM (M-F) Oregon Time (PST). We prefer that you contact the Customer Support staff by emailing us at:  support@bestchoicemart.com.  This allows our staff to budget their time most effectively and ensures a written record if a problem arises.  If you are away from your computer, you can describe your issue via phone by calling our support staff at 800-763-6404 Toll Free 9:30AM - 4:30PM (M-F) Pacific Standard Time. We are closed on holidays and weekends.. Regardless of how they receive your request, they will provide you an answer by email within one business day.  *Note: The staff is required to treat written and phone requests equally and answer them in the order received.

All payments must be made in USD currency.  We prefer payments from PayPal or a major credit card as we can ship your items to you faster then waiting for another kind of payment method. No catch, just honest pricing based on a fair markup that is probably lower than other sites selling the same products.  We can do this as we purchase our items by the container or truck load at huge discounts based on the volume we buy.  We have grown each year we have been in business due to customers like you that keep coming back.  We can offer these low prices because of repeat business, word of mouth and what we like to think is our biggest asset - good customer support both before and affer the sale.  To be blunt we want your business.

Our site shipping rates for both UPS and USPS originate from each of those corporations data base, they control the shipping costs based on the total weight of all your purchases added together and the sum of those items weight determine the amount of the shipping cost.  This is the way we are charged for shipping your items and think this is the fairest way to charge you.

?:    Do you ship Internationally?

BestChoiceMart.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

?:    If I order today, will my order be shipped today?

Because of time zone differences and workload, we cannot guarantee that just because you placed your order today it will be shipped today.  We need up to three business days to process the order, pick out the merchandise in our warehouses, pack the items and ship them.  We normally ship items daily except for weekends and holidays.

?:    How will I know when my order ships?

Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours from receiving payment.  Each order is assigned a reference number when transmitted to our warehouse and entered on your order.  Once we are notified your order has been processed, we will inform you via email that your items have shipped.  All items shipped via UPS have a tracking number assigned to that package.  All USPS packages being shipped internationally will have a customs number that sometimes may be used for tracking once your package has cleared your countries custom office.  Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking numbers to be entered into the UPS, USPS systems.  The customer must request this UPS or USPS tracking/customs number via email.

?:    What address do you need to process my order?

For the shipping address, please enter only the address to which you want your purchase to be delivered too.  We use address verification systems provided by both UPS and the USPS to ensure you receive your order.  We reserve the right to cancel any order for which you provide an incorrect shipping address and refund your money.  If your purchase is being shipped by UPS you must provide a street address as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box number.  If you live outside the United States we only ship using USPS International Priority Mail and also require a valid phone number in case the person delivering your package cannot find the address and they can call you for directions.

?:    No one is at my house during the day?

It is always best to provide us with a shipping address that is attended during the day, such as a work address or an address of a neighbor whom you know will be home.  We are not able to place special instructions on packages.  If you would like the driver to leave the package without a signature, simply leave a note on your door to that effect. We also provide the carrier your phone number in case he/she cannot find your address provided so they can call you and ask for directions.
